Noticed the alien candy i had never seen before then I noticed a praying mantis soon as I got out of the truck... I didn't share I was heading to Vandenberg Space Force Base once I helped my sister move into her new AZ home... “ This place has the best quesadilla I've ever had. I went with my friends during a trip down to Los Angeles, and we had to stop somewhere for lunch. This place stood out on the map because of the high reviews, so we decided to give it a go. It took a second for the lady who was making the food to show up, but we ordered. Me and one of my friends got the carne asada quesadillas, and the third one got the vegetarian crispy potato tacos. The food came pretty quickly, and was really good. The carne asada quesadilla was crisp and well seasoned, and the red dip it came with was immaculate. My friend who got the potato tacos said they were really good and flavorful. It was also nice to have the tables and shade. The only negative thing I have to say is that some other people came to order while we were eating and the lady who was making the food had left the truck and they couldn't find her. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will be back if we ever go to this rest stop again. ”
“ Great little taco truck, the food was awesome. I got 3 tacos, one chicken, one fish and one bean. The bean one was a little skimpy on the toppings but the fish taco more than made up for it. My sister got an enchilada plate and they were able to make it vegetarian. Everything was fresh, well flavored and high quality. The salsa was high quality too and obviously made fresh. There was a dining area with comfortable, clean picnic tables under a shade. Pretty nice for a taco truck in a truck stop town off the I-5! ”
“ Picked up a tasty pineapple agua fresca and absolutely bangin al pastor burrito, as well as a good but not mind blowing birria burrito, on the way to San Diego. Agua fresca not overly sweet, al pastor had a ton of flavor, regular burrito came with onions and cilantro, salsa was picante and smoky. Will probably stop on the way back up hahaha ”
